Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your destination country, import duties and local taxes may be levied on your order. These costs sit outside our control and are payable by you upon delivery — we'd recommend checking with your national customs authority before placing an order so there are no surprises at the door.

What Happens After You Order

  • You'll receive an order confirmation straight away with an estimated delivery window.
  • Around two weeks before your delivery date we'll reach out to lock in your address and a convenient slot.
  • Take a moment to verify your delivery address and the product details in our message — this is the best time to flag anything.
  • If the driver needs to know anything specific (gate codes, access restrictions, preferred drop location), include it in your reply.

When Your Order Arrives

  • Before signing, walk around the pallet and check the outer packaging — note any concerns with the driver on the spot.
  • Take photos of any packaging damage straight away and get in touch with us; we'll sort it out.
  • Once unpacked, give the bath and all included parts a quick once-over.
  • We'll email you a full setup guide ahead of delivery — there's also a printed quick-start card in the box.
  • A signature is required on receipt. If the driver didn't ask for one, let us know immediately so we can protect your order.

Tracking

We'll send your tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking number hasn't arrived or you have questions about where your bath is, drop our team a message and we'll get you an update promptly.

Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available when the carrier arrives, they'll get in touch to arrange a new slot. We ask that you make sure someone is home at the agreed time — repeat delivery attempts may carry an additional charge, so it's worth planning ahead.
